SEAL COATING
-We manage the cleaning and preparation of surface area, including wire brushing and power cleaning dirt from cracks and surface areas.
-We manage weed removal from surface area and entire edging is trimmed for optimal clean application
-Superior brush application for a thicker more even, long lasting coat.
-Emulsion grade sealer is environmentally friendly. Will not harm plants or wildlife.
STRIPING
-Parking lot linework, number application as well as handicap symbols and arrows.
-Standard lot colors: yellow, white, and blue encompassing linework and symbol application

CRACK REPAIR
-We clean and prepare the site for crack filling.
-Crack sealing is done with 420 degree commercial grade hot rubber

-Client's choice of cold patching or hot emulsion asphalt filling
Will provide pressure washing for an additional fee
